A new layout of One Manhattan Square is created through manipulation and repetition of the exact inventory of CAD objects found within the spec plan. By removing all walls, furniture dictates program, and in turn dictates space. Clustered objects define nodes for sleeping, self-care and working. Where necessary, curtains are inserted for privacy. Sofas and tables are stretched into vast, communal versions of themselves. Hierarchy is diminished with the provision of equal access to natural light.
