TRADE ACCOUNTS

We offer our collection at a discounted rate to members of the design trades including architects, developers, interior designers and the hospitality industry. Please contact us to apply for a trade discount.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Most pieces in our collection can be customized to fit the specific needs of our clients. Additionally, we are able to work directly with designers or clients to create work that is outside of our line.

SAMPLES

Based on the tactile nature of wooden furniture, we are happy to send prospective clients material samples upon request. We ask that all samples be returned in the self-addressed package included.

WARRANTY

We work hard to ensure our work is beautiful, long lasting and properly functioning. This endeavor brings us joy and we hope to pass that joy along to you. Our products are made with the highest quality materials and craft. Should an issue arise with your product please inform us as soon as possible and we will work to resolve the problem. We are not responsible for the following: damage caused by improper care or cleaning, damage caused by alterations, exposure to weather, improper storage or environmental conditions, or damage from typical wear such as, but not limited to denting, stains, abuse or scratches. Please refer to the care instructions included with your piece for tips on making your Campagna piece last the ages.

MATERIALS

Solid wood is a natural, breathing material. We work hard to provide the most consistent color and finish available. Our finishing techniques combined with the careful wood selections ensures that the finished project will be as consistent as possible. However, since the properties of wood are not consistent themselves, we cannot ensure that each part of the project will look exactly alike or exactly like provided samples.

SHIPPING

We are able to ship within the continental US with freight companies we have deemed reputable. Cost of shipping varies based on dimensions, weight and destination. Please be in touch for international shipping or with any specific questions or requests.

LEAD TIMES

Lead times vary based on piece, but are typically between 8-12 weeks. Lead times start with finalization of order and receipt of deposit.

RETURNS

Because all of our work is made by hand and made to order, we are unable to accept returns, issue refunds or cancellations upon finalization of an order. Please inspect your piece upon delivery and report any damage due to shipping with 72 hours of delivery.

PAYMENT

We accept payment via check, bank transfer or credit card (subject to 3% processing fee).

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Solid wood is a natural, breathing material. Dust surfaces regularly. Clean with a damp cloth and warm, soapy water if necessary. Protect surfaces from wet or hot. Maintain an environment with consistent humidity (30-45%) and temperature (60-80°). Avoid direct exposure to sources of heating and cooling. The ultraviolet rays of the sun may change the appearance of wood over time.
